Wealth Management Corporate Actions/Income Processing Senior Officer | BNP Paribas

As a Corporate Actions/Income Senior Officer, you will be instrumental in the accurate and timely processing of complex corporate actions and income events, from initial announcement through to payment, directly impacting client portfolios. Your expertise will be crucial for maintaining operational excellence and fostering continuous development of market knowledge within the team, supporting BNP Paribas’s integrated model to meet client needs.

• Mission: Ensure the accurate and timely processing and payment of all corporate actions and income events for client portfolios, from market announcement through final disbursement.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Office and Back Office referential data tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Corporate Action & Income Processing: Manage the full cycle of corporate actions and income events, from initial market announcement through to payment on client portfolios.
• Market Flow & Stakeholder Management: Analyze complex market flows to engage with diverse stakeholders and ensure all associated controls are effectively performed.
• Client & Partner Communication: Provide accurate, detailed information and guaranteed support to clients and service partners concerning all corporate actions and income events.
• Operational Best Practices: Ensure that all departmental procedures are updated on an ongoing basis, maintaining a high standard of operational integrity.
• Team Knowledge & Development: Develop market knowledge, contribute to the training of new joiners, and participate as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in transversal projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or Accounting.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience specifically in Corporate Actions.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack, fluency in English, strong analytical ability and attention to detail, ability to collaborate/teamwork, client-focused, proactive, and a change mindset.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Office and Back Office referential data tools.
