• Mission: This person solves the challenge of consistent store execution by managing workload planning, communication, and process improvement across various business partners.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Workload Management: Manage the execution of workload planning initiatives, including the development and distribution of surveys, assessments, testing, and multi-phase rollout communications.
• Calendar Ownership: Own and maintain workload planning calendars for Field Leaders and Store Teams, ensuring key business initiatives and timelines are accurately reflected and communicated.
• Guide Coordination: Coordinate the development and distribution of quarterly workload guides, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with partners including Store Operations, Field Visual, Marketing, Merchandising, and Field Leadership to ensure workload initiatives are clear, actionable, and aligned with business priorities.
• Testing Support: Coordinate product and promotional testing activities by tracking timelines, collecting field feedback, and supporting the successful execution of pilot and test initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, corporate retail operations, or project coordination.
• Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail; demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively; strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
