What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Engage in a 2-year developmental experience, completing two 1-year rotations across the Chief Operating Office.
• Skill Development: Broaden your skills, explore various areas of the bank, and build a strong professional network to align with unique interests and career goals.
• Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with senior COO professionals and business/operations teams on risk and controls focused projects and assignments.
• Transformation Support: Play an important role in driving enterprise-wide transformation, strengthening controls, and managing central operations.
• Leadership Preparation: Participate in structured training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to prepare for future leadership roles within the Chief Operating Office.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in any major, on track to graduate in Spring 2027.
• Experience: Currently authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Preferred GPA of 3.3 or above; demonstrated leadership potential, an entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter qualities, ability to tell stories through data, capacity to move concepts into action, strong teamwork skills, respect for diversity of thought, intellectual curiosity, and project management skills.
