Description: Content Security Operations Intern, Sensitive Information Protection, APAC

Location: Singapore

Reporting to: Manager, Content Security and Sensitive Information Protection, APAC

About the Role:

This internship within the Media & Licensing Sensitive Information Protection (SIP) team will contribute to the protection of Disney’s “Magic.” You will be a key contributor to the Disney Entertainment SIP Core teams, responsible for developing and maintaining the SIP portfolio of products and services for both Television and Streaming Media (Disney+) services in APAC.

Responsibilities:

Third Party Assessment & Training:
• Support third party security assessment workflows and ensure proper processing and tracking using platform tools.
• Provide training to vendors on relevant security protocols.
• Assist in remediating potential GRC platform issues.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collect and validate new production-related data (intake forms).
• Input data into a production tracker.
• Ensure alignment across security groups (Information Security, Production Security, Content Security, and Health and Safety).
Processes Optimization:
• Analyze and optimize repeatable processes.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and related communication.
• Collaborate with managers to review methodologies and create efficiencies.
Report Management:
• Assist in creating presentation materials for quarterly updates with key stakeholders.
• Assist in creating or updating presentation decks for critical business meetings.
• Generate monthly KPIs and reports.
• Generate other ad-hoc quarterly reports as needed.
Incident Management:
• Maintain an incident tracker using online service.
• Document leaks for reusability and documentation.
• Assist in creating quarterly leaks reports by partnering with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Must be available for a full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2025.
• Excellent written, verbal, editorial, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information effectively.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and fast-paced change.
• Experience in presentation development and delivery.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.
• Comfortable working both autonomously and in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Currently pursuings:

• Ability to create Web content through platforms such as WordPress, Confluence, SharePoint.
• Knowledge and understanding of Media Production.
• Knowledge of the Disney brands, especially TV and Streaming.
• Proven project/time management skills, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Graphic design experience, specifically for internal newsletters, branding, style guides, presentations.
