This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and coherence of content generated by AI models, directly contributing to the performance of machine learning algorithms and maintaining content integrity.

• Mission: Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and coherence of content generated by AI models while improving machine learning algorithms.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Examine Content: Carefully examine diverse content formats including text, images, videos, and audios to identify and flag issues such as factual inaccuracies, harmful language, biased content, or policy violations.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain the accuracy, relevance, and coherence of content generated by the company’s AI models.
• Categorize Data: Accurately label and categorize content to enhance the performance and training of machine learning algorithms.
• Communicate Findings: Clearly and concisely communicate findings, recommendations, and any concerns in written reports and detailed documentation.
• Assess Sensitivity: Objectively assess potentially sensitive or harmful content in accordance with established guidelines, demonstrating emotional and social awareness.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, coupled with familiarity regarding AI concepts and machine learning.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, but candidates should demonstrate an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Skills: Content Moderation, English Communication (Written & Spoken), English Comprehension, Analytical Decision Making, Attention to Detail.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in English or related fields is preferred, as is prior experience in content moderation, a voice call center environment, or quality assurance.
