About the Role
This content internship at Truss, a company building software for accounting and tax firms, offers the opportunity to create real content, refine the company’s voice, and work on projects that directly support how Truss reaches accounting firms. The role focuses on making technical software feel approachable to help firms spend less time on busywork and more time on valuable tasks.

What You’ll Do
• Create content across formats, including blog posts, social, email, landing pages, case studies, lead magnets, and educational resources
• Build Truss’s social presence as a trusted voice in tax workflow, firm operations, and automation
• Support organic growth through SEO, content strategy, and clear ROI measurement
• Collaborate with the Design Intern on campaign assets, social content, landing pages, and brand-building projects
• Work with our demand consultant to optimize paid media campaigns and website conversion
• Experiment with new ideas, iterate quickly, and find creative ways to reach CPAs

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Have experience in marketing, content creation, communications, or a related field
• Possess strong writing skills and comfort creating content from scratch
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a creative eye
• Are able to work full-time from May 25 to August 21, 2026
• Are a creative problem-solver who enjoys finding unconventional growth channels
• Are scrappy, resourceful, and willing to test ideas quickly
• Are self-directed and action-oriented
• Are genuinely excited about helping CPAs work more efficiently

Bonus Qualifications
• Familiarity with accounting, tax software, or B2B SaaS
• Experience with SEO or organic content marketing
• Interest in design, brand, or early-stage startups
