What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Refining: Manage and refine short-form content to enhance its impact and engagement.
• Editorial Development: Develop and execute editorial processes, including writing compelling captions and hooks.
• Content Research: Conduct thorough research to support the creation of accurate and informative materials.
• Brand Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with the organization’s branding and overall goals.
• Independent Work: Work independently and adapt effectively to a hybrid work environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student. Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
• Experience: Proven ability in web content writing and general writing for engaging materials.
• Skills: Content Management, Editorial processes, Web Content Writing, Research, Communication skills, Organizational skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with visual branding concepts.
