• Mission: This role owns the end-to-end process of creating and distributing short-form video content to drive audience engagement across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Tech Stack: Mobile phone for filming and editing, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts for distribution.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Creation: Film and edit engaging short-form videos using your mobile device, ensuring high quality and relevance for target platforms.
• Publishing Strategy: Consistently post developed content across AestheticMatch’s designated social channels, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, adhering to a regular schedule.
• Ideation and Innovation: Proactively generate and present creative ideas for video hooks, trending content, and various engaging formats to capture audience attention.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of published videos, gather insights, and iteratively refine content strategies and execution based on what resonates with the audience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a student in a college or university program, with the ability to secure academic credit for an internship, as confirmed by your school’s student services or internship office.
• Experience: Demonstrated comfort and proficiency in appearing on camera and actively creating short-form video content, showcasing an understanding of current social media trends and formats.
• Skills: Proven capability as a self-starter who can consistently produce and publish content independently, coupled with strong creative ideation for engaging video concepts and practical editing skills on a mobile device.
