Social Media Content Intern | Operater

The Tone:
This is an unpaid internship at Operater. Operater is building a category-defining agentic operating system, a SaaS tool where autonomous AI agents don’t just assist, but actually do the work across functions like sales, marketing, customer success, product, and development. This system aims to enable startups to scale operations with AI employees, eliminating the need for extensive teams or deep expertise in various domains. For this role, the Social Media Content Intern is crucial for telling Operater’s story to the world, engaging potential users, and demonstrating the future they are actively shipping.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Creation: Develop and produce compelling content across major social media platforms including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, reaching a broad audience.
• Video Production: Film and edit videos featuring the founders, product demonstrations, and authentic behind-the-scenes moments to capture the company’s journey and culture.
• Narrative Development: Transform complex ideas and product updates into engaging posts, stories, and narratives that resonate with and capture the attention of target audiences.
• Audience Growth: Actively contribute to building Operater’s presence in public, fostering a genuine community, and growing a relevant audience for the AI operating system.
• Creative Experimentation: Propose and execute a wide range of content experiments, understanding that some attempts will not succeed, embracing rapid iteration and learning from outcomes.
