Content Creator | Growth Stacks
The Tone:
This is an on-site internship role at Growth Stacks, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Growth Stacks designs and deploys AI-driven go-to-market systems for SaaS teams, specifically focusing on lead qualification, prioritization, outreach, and follow-ups. The company blends systems thinking with real-world workflows and proven playbooks to help revenue teams move from manual tasks to scalable, structured operations, enabling clients to increase efficiency, improve pipeline visibility, and accelerate growth. This role is crucial for supporting marketing and GTM initiatives by crafting compelling content that highlights Growth Stacks’ AI-driven solutions and customer success stories, offering hands-on experience and opportunities to learn best practices in B2B SaaS and AI-focused marketing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Content Assets: Draft and refine a variety of content assets, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and customer case studies.
• Translate Complex Ideas: Research industry topics and transform intricate technical or AI-related concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Ensure Messaging Alignment: Collaborate closely with go-to-market, product, and sales teams to ensure all content reflects consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
• Manage Content Workflow: Assist with planning content calendars, managing deadlines, and strategically repurposing existing content across various digital channels.
• Analyze and Optimize Content: Track content performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, gathering insights to inform and improve future content strategies and execution.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content for digital platforms. Familiarity with content creation for blogs, social media, email, or basic multimedia formats is preferred.
• Skills: Ability to research topics, synthesize information, and translate technical or AI concepts into accessible language; strong organizational skills including managing deadlines, following content calendars, and constructively handling feedback; comfort collaborating and communicating clearly in an on-site team environment.
• Bonus: A genuine interest in B2B SaaS, GTM strategies, revenue operations, or AI-driven tools, coupled with a desire to learn and experiment, including a willingness to understand and utilize data for content evaluation.
