About the Content Creator Role:

Thesis is seeking a full-time Content Creator to develop compelling and educational content across multiple platforms. This role requires a passion for storytelling, an understanding of performance-enhancing wellness, and the ability to connect with audiences effectively.

Responsibilities:

Create High-Quality Content: Plan, write, film, and edit engaging content for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, and the blog.
Brand Representation: Serve as the on-camera face and voice of Thesis in short-form videos, stories, live streams, and educational explainers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, customer experience (CX), and scientific & regulatory affairs teams to translate complex information into easily understood and inspiring content.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on cultural, wellness, and social media trends to create relevant and impactful content.
Performance Optimization: Utilize data and insights to improve content types, messaging, and formats for various platforms and objectives.
Brand Voice Champion: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone – curious, scientifically grounded, empowering, and human.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience creating content for a brand or personal platform (experience in the wellness or supplements industry is a plus).
• Proficiency in short-form video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) and content planning tools.
• Comfort and strong on-screen presence for on-camera work.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video content, reels, social posts, blogs, etc.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics.
• Experience in copywriting, user-generated content (UGC), or influencer collaboration (a plus).
• Strong storytelling abilities with an eye for aesthetics and an understanding of tone.
• Passion for wellness, neuroscience, and personal optimization.
• Deep knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Attention to detail with the capacity for rapid content creation.
