Social Media Intern | Mana Fashion
The Tone:
This is an unpaid internship at Mana Fashion, located in Miami, FL, with a hybrid work model. Mana Fashion Services operates as a Miami-based fashion platform that connects global brands, retail, and culture through community, commerce, and curated physical space, acting as an incubator and connector within the Mana Common cultural district. This role is crucial for evolving the company’s content strategy, bringing fresh ideas, and creating content that reflects the professionalism, authority, and collaborative spirit of Mana Fashion. The intern will contribute to establishing trust, thought leadership, and Miami’s legacy as a fashion hub.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Planning & Publishing: Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Video Editing: Edit reels, short-form videos, interviews, event footage, and educational content to maintain a consistent visual and editorial identity.
• Copywriting: Draft engaging captions, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and marketing copy that aligns with Mana Fashion’s professional and insightful voice.
• Content Research & Development: Research industry trends, market developments, sourcing topics, and fashion business news to develop creative concepts for editorial content, educational series, interviews, and storytelling initiatives.
• Event Content Capture: Support content capture at fashion events, networking activations, workshops, panels, showroom appointments, and industry programs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Strong interest in fashion, media, marketing, or creative industries, with an understanding of the business side of fashion.
• Experience: Proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest, coupled with knowledge of evolving content trends. Experience with video and graphic editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Final Cut is required, alongside familiarity with project management tools.
• Skills: Excellent natural writing, editing, and communication skills that convey a professional, insightful, and human tone, along with a strong visual taste and attention to detail.
• Bonus: A self-starter who is organized, reliable, and eager to contribute ideas to elevate audience engagement and overall content quality.
