The TL;DR

• Mission: Design and implement Global Business Services and operating models, and lead large-scale transformation programs to drive efficiency and service excellence for clients.
• Tech Stack: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, ServiceNow, ERPs, AI, FP&A tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operating Model Design: Design and implement end-state Global Business Services (GBS) and operating models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations.
• Transformation Leadership: Lead large-scale, multi-process transformation programs, integrating automation, analytics, AI, and intelligent workflow platforms.
• Performance Frameworks: Establish enterprise service management and performance frameworks, including SLAs/OLAs, KPI hierarchies, dashboards, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
• Client Engagement & Advising: Lead client engagements from executive workshops through execution, serving as a trusted advisor on complex finance and operational transformations.
• Team Leadership & Growth: Direct and develop cross-functional consulting teams, manage day-to-day delivery, and contribute to practice growth and go-to-market efforts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or a related field, with progressive experience in finance transformation, GBS, or management consulting.
• Experience: Three years of demonstrated leadership in operating model and process transformation, including advising global organizations on GBS, shared services, and outsourcing.
• Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI; strong consulting and delivery experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformations; advanced project and program management capabilities; and strong executive presence.
• Bonus: Master’s degree preferred; CPA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred; experience working with Private Equity companies and their portfolio companies is a plus.
