What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Contribution: Join project teams and work directly with professionals and senior leaders to fulfill client requirements.
• Strategic Support: Assist clients in navigating complex issues such as resolving disputes, managing risks, and optimizing business performance.
• Client Engagement: Participate in client interactions, helping to solve significant business challenges across various industries and situations.
• Specialized Learning: Educate yourself on the Corporate Finance segment and its specific practice areas to develop expertise.
• Impact Delivery: Contribute to delivering expert advice that creates a tangible impact for clients facing crisis and transformation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring an active pursuit of a Bachelor’s or fifth-year Master’s degree, with a graduation date between May 2026 and August 2027. A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is required. You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience: Ability to travel to client sites and FTI Consulting offices as required.
• Skills: Analytical problem-solving capabilities, strong collaboration skills, and a highly motivated, entrepreneurial approach to work.
