• Team: Risk Accounting and Advisory Services (RAAS) team
• Mission: Help clients enable and manage growth, leverage resources, and mitigate costs and risks through internal controls, processes, and accounting transactions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Evaluation: Evaluate reported financial statements for GAAP compliance and develop standardized daily/weekly/monthly financial reporting packages, including KPIs and trend analysis.
• Liquidity Reporting: Develop and assist with internal and external liquidity management reporting requirements for clients.
• Tool Development: Create accounting and finance tools and templates for use on future client engagements.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with other consultants and clients to recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• GAAP Implementation: Assist consulting teams with implementing GAAP standards at client sites, such as ASC606, ASC842, ASC805, and cash to GAAP conversions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minor in accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Academic success demonstrated by a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, problem-solving, communication, critical thinking, organizational, and technical skills.
• Bonus: On track to complete the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license; proficiency with Excel.
