What You’ll Actually Do
• Assess Capabilities: Evaluate client finance capabilities, operating models, and processes to identify specific areas for improvement.
• Develop Strategies: Support the creation of comprehensive finance strategies, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and capital allocation analyses.
• Evaluate Technology: Analyze finance technology architectures, including ERP, EPM, cloud, data, and integration solutions.
• Optimize Costs: Perform detailed cost and spend analyses to pinpoint inefficiencies and contribute to cost optimization initiatives.
• Drive Transformation: Support transformation workstreams by conducting analysis, coordinating stakeholders, and developing recommendations for client leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems.
• Experience: 2+ years in finance, accounting, or consulting, specifically in areas like finance strategy, finance transformation, finance technology architecture, finance data and artificial intelligence, capital strategy, or cost optimization. This includes experience in financial modeling or business case development and supporting transformation project workstreams, as well as experience with finance technology or architecture strategy, including ERP, EPM, or AI.
• Skills: Financial modeling and business case development, expertise in finance technology architecture (ERP, EPM, AI, cloud, data), finance strategy and transformation, cost optimization, and financial capability assessment for process improvement.
• Bonus: Experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, or OneStream; proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft PowerPoint; experience supporting finance technology, data, or artificial intelligence initiatives; experience overseeing project resources or junior team members; or a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in Finance, or another master’s degree.
