Job Description
Construction Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and efficient Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Clean Energy Deployment team. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote work and one day a week in our Boston office, providing excellent exposure to various areas within the company and a fast-paced environment, particularly within the solar industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and balance administrative tasks for a pipeline of solar construction projects from inception through closeout.
- Organize administrative workload and communicate effectively to support field teams.
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Operations team to ensure deadlines and key milestones are met.
- Assist in issuing project agreements and EPC contracts.
- Initiate the onboarding process for new contractors and manage renewals for existing contractors.
- Process purchase orders and change orders based on requests from Development, Engineering, and Construction Teams.
- Track and follow up on outstanding items such as change orders, missing contract items, and updated schedules.
- Support the Clean Energy Deployment team with operation and process improvement initiatives utilizing the company’s Project Management platforms.
- Assist with multiple reporting initiatives for the Clean Energy Deployment team.
Essential Skills
- Experience working in an office setting with a willingness to learn Project Coordination.
- Basic computer skills, specifically with email, Word, and Excel.
- Strong background in office organization with a track record in project administration.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience or working knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Experience or working knowledge of NetSuite, Procore, SalesForce, and SharePoint is beneficial but not required.
Work Environment
- This is a hybrid role, requiring one day per week in the Boston office and four days remote.
- The position involves a 40-hour work week.
- We offer paid time off, including one week of vacation, six holidays, and sick pay accrued at one hour for every 30 hours worked.

Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $35.00/hr.
