• Mission: To support and lead elements of conference delivery in Japan, ensuring exceptional experiences for all attendees, sponsors, and associates through meticulous content and analyst engagement management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Attendee Experience: Ensure an exceptional experience for all conference attendees across sessions and One-on-One meetings.
• Platform Configuration: Configure technology platforms to meet specific session, meeting delivery, and translation requirements.
• Resource Planning: Continuously manage capacity planning across sessions and the meeting program.
• Operational Coordination: Work with the delivery team on space requirements and other cross-functional tasks in line with global timelines, and partner with external vendors for seamless onsite delivery.
• Communication & Analysis: Effectively communicate, collaborate, and maintain relationships with clients and team participants, manage team mailboxes, collect session and meeting data onsite, and perform post-conference data analysis for improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree, with a preferred focus on events and/or marketing.
• Experience: 2-3 years of business meeting planning experience, coupled with project management experience.
• Skills: Strong organization skills, competent project management, strong oral & written communication skills, client-focused approach, solution-oriented with a high sense of urgency, and a collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: Ability to travel as needed.
