Concierge Security Officer – HOA | GardaWorld

The TL;DR
• Role: Concierge Security Officer
• Type: Full-time & Part-time (various shifts available)

• Pay: $22.00 hourly (DailyPay available)
• Mission: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property within an HOA environment.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service & Visitor Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, courteously welcoming them, verifying identities, and providing guidance. This includes efficiently handling inquiries both in person and over the phone, always maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Access Control Management: Manage and monitor all access points to the property, rigorously enforcing entry protocols to ensure that only authorized personnel and guests gain entry, thereby safeguarding the premises.
• Proactive Patrols & Risk Mitigation: Conduct regular and thorough patrols of the property to identify potential security risks, hazards, and suspicious activities, taking immediate steps to mitigate any identified threats.
• Security Equipment Oversight: Inspect all security equipment routinely to ensure proper functionality and identify any maintenance needs, promptly reporting issues to ensure continuous operational readiness.
• Incident Response & Comprehensive Reporting: Respond swiftly and effectively to all security incidents and emergencies, providing first aid as necessary, coordinating with emergency teams, and meticulously documenting all events through detailed incident reports.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, requiring the ability to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Experience: While no specific years of experience are mandated, prior experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is preferred and highly valued.
• Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in basic phone operations, and competence with fundamental computer skills are essential.
• Bonus: Possession of a state security license, if required by the state of Arizona, would be an advantage.
