What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute: Execute key strategic compliance initiatives aligned to the firm’s global compliance mandate.
• Partner: Partner with business, compliance, and other control functions to coordinate priorities and deliver results.
• Analyze: Gather and assess information to support issue analysis, decision-making, and risk-based recommendations.
• Track: Track progress on key milestones, escalating delays or risks to delivery as appropriate.
• Communicate: Prepare clear written materials and updates for stakeholders and senior leaders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum five years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, Know Your Customer (KYC), or a similar control-related function. A Bachelor’s degree with a relevant professional certification is required, providing a foundational understanding for navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
• Experience: Five years of experience, demonstrating a strong ability to identify key issues, obtain relevant information, and support further analysis. This role requires a proven track record of driving issues to resolution through effective partnership and diligent follow-through.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build credibility with senior leaders and partners globally; strong project execution skills, including the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities; and a flexible, collaborative work style with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Bonus: Knowledge of the KYC regulatory framework and related best practices; project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment; proven experience in product ownership, with a track record of driving product strategy and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions; knowledge of artificial intelligence capabilities, including large language models, machine learning, and agentic systems; or a Master of Business Administration degree.
