The Compliance Analyst is vital for analyzing regulatory changes, implementing compliance programs, and ensuring the organization’s adherence to all relevant regulations, directly supporting Keyfactor’s mission to securely connect the world.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Review: Conduct thorough compliance reviews and assessments of company policies and procedures.
• Monitor: Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
• Support: Assist in compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Guide: Respond to compliance inquiries and provide guidance to internal teams.
• Report: Prepare reports and presentations on compliance performance and areas for improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Associate Level, with a High School diploma or equivalent. Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products, and experience in IT, code development, or task management.
• Experience: In-depth understanding of the industry, company processes, and job-specific methodologies.
• Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication, intermediate proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, and successful collaboration skills within a team. Ability to work independently with good organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Bonus: Minimal critical thinking with a drive to improve the status quo. Ability to mentor junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.
