What You’ll Actually Do

• Position: Provide recommendations on how Per Scholas should position its training offerings to remain competitive against alternative providers.
• Analyze: Research and compare pricing models for earned revenue products, analyzing Per Scholas’s value proposition against market alternatives.
• Gather: Utilize AI-powered secondary and primary research methods, including “secret shopping,” to gather intelligence on competitor enrollment processes, pricing, and curriculum delivery.
• Synthesize: Apply analytical skills and AI prompting techniques to synthesize findings into “so what?” insights that drive strategic organizational decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current undergraduate student with a strong interest in research, market analysis, or business strategy; alternative backgrounds eligible if required skills are obtained without a degree.
• Experience: Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis.
