Community Relationship Analyst | Oak Street Health
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Oak Street Health, a part of CVS Health, focused on building a world of health around every individual by shaping a more connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Outreach team, responsible for engaging Medicare-eligible adults in the community. Your work will be critical in driving new patient growth by building and maintaining relationships with local community leaders and creating opportunities for engagement.

• Mission: Engage Medicare-eligible adults in the community to drive new patient growth by building and maintaining strong community relationships.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Community Development: Research local influencers and partners to identify and expand new channels for patient growth within assigned territories.
• Strategic Outreach: Proactively engage local businesses, senior buildings, and community groups through prospecting and cold calling to generate leads for Medicare-eligible adults.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term alliances with local leaders and insurance agents, serving as the central point of contact for collaborative initiatives.
• Event Planning & Execution: Develop and manage a 6+ week calendar of engaging community events, coordinating all details to ensure high attendance and effective lead generation.
• Growth Reporting: Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, reviewing weekly KPIs, initiative statuses, and new center updates to drive and track new patient growth.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required, with previous experience in account or community engagement.
• Experience: Comfort with cold calling and prospecting in a business-to-business environment, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
• Skills: Strong public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills; a unique ability to adapt and overcome external relationship issues for positive outcomes; comfort with daily accountability on key metrics.
• Bonus: Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary).
