About The Role
This is not a “just show up” kind of job. We’re looking for a self-starter with a passion for people and a drive to build relationships, grow brand visibility, and generate leads. You’ll be out in the field representing Right at Home to crucial referral sources like hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, and more, directly contributing to our mission of improving lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners.
- Represent Right at Home at events and in the community, enhancing our presence.
- Create and execute effective marketing strategies to broaden our reach.
- Track and report on referral activity, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client transitions and exceptional service.

- Excels in relationship-building, fostering trust and rapport.
- Preferably has healthcare or senior care experience, offering valuable industry insight.
- Is confident, clear, and persistent in communication and outreach.
