Job Description: Community Intern
The Community Intern role at Her Campus Media is centered on community growth and engagement within the company’s various brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit community members across Her Campus, Spoon University, Campus Trendsetters, InfluenceHer Collective, and College Fashionista to foster community expansion.
• Conduct research on influencer and college campus trends to inform strategies.
• Brainstorm and develop new recruitment strategies.
• Craft compelling copy for newsletters.
• Create engaging social media content specifically for recruitment purposes.
• Support events and experiential projects, which includes sourcing talent leads, collaborating on main stage programming, and enhancing user experience.
Qualifications:
• Must be a current college undergraduate student.
• Possess strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
• Have working knowledge of all Microsoft Office platforms.
• Demonstrate a hardworking, detail-oriented, efficient, and creative work ethic.
• Show passion for Her Campus Media’s mission.
• Exhibit interest in community growth, social media content creation, marketing, and project management.
• Being a Her Campus Community Member is preferred.
Internship Details & Requirements:
• This is a remote internship opportunity available to current college students (located in the United States).
• Internships are offered year-round on a full-time or part-time basis.
• The position is unpaid but is offered for school credit, with flexible hours.
