About the Role
As a Community Impact Intern, you will support the growth of The Butterfly Collective — HCM’s heart-led community for creators shaping a more joyful internet — and Generation Hired — our career-based community empowering college students and recent grads to navigate the professional world.

What You’ll Do
• Support the team in brainstorming ways to grow and engage these communities
• Edit content
• Develop strategies for recruiting new members
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Analyze performance
• Develop community resources
• Have the opportunity to be involved with client campaigns

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are a current college undergraduate
• Possess strong communication, organization and strategic thinking skills
• Have a hardworking, detail-oriented, efficient and creative work ethic
• Are passionate about Her Campus Media’s mission
• Have experience in social media content creation and are comfortable behind the camera
• Have an interest in community growth, social media content creation, marketing, editing, and project management
• Must be eligible for academic credit
• Have the legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship

Role Highlights & Compensation
• All internships are remote and available to current college students year-round on a part-time basis
• Interns are paid a stipend
