What You’ll Actually Do
• Media Relations: Assist with media outreach activities and contribute to the development of media lists.
• News Monitoring: Monitor news coverage for clients and compile comprehensive reports on findings.
• Content Support: Support the creation and scheduling of social media content for various platforms.
• Research: Conduct research for client projects and identify new business opportunities.
• Drafting: Draft a variety of communications materials, including press releases, blog posts, and social media content.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional with a strong interest in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism.
• Experience: Familiarity with social media platforms, digital communication tools, Microsoft Office, and online design tools such as Canva.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, a detail-oriented and organized approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
