• Mission: Support the sales team’s day-to-day needs, maintain reporting and forecasting for an assigned product line, and assist with cross-functional projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Support: Partner closely with the sales team to provide tools, training, and resources that enhance their productivity and execution of go-to-market strategies.
• Process Enhancement: Assist in evaluating and enhancing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Tool Rollout: Support the evaluation, piloting, and rollout of new sales tools, collaborating with IT and vendor stakeholders as necessary.
• Data Reporting: Maintain and update sales dashboards and reports for an assigned product line, utilizing existing data sources and established analytics infrastructure.
• Project Collaboration: Support the planning and delivery of commercial projects and programs, participating in cross-functional efforts to refine business requirements and optimize workflows.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred for this early-career commercial operations role.
• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in a sales-facing, client-facing, or other stakeholder-facing role such as SDR/BDR, junior AE, sales coordination, or client services, demonstrating a curious, motivated, and ownership-oriented mindset and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving instincts, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM system, and experience in or exposure to the healthcare industry.
