What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in structured rotations to gain exposure to core commercial functions by performing actual jobs within each rotation.
• Support: Contribute to projects aimed at improving customer engagement, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth.
• Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and achieve measurable results.
• Develop: Cultivate strategic, analytical, and communication skills through the execution of projects and exposure to leadership.
• Engage: Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development activities throughout the program’s duration.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field. This is an entry-level program designed for new college graduates.
• Experience: Strong interest in pursuing a career within commercial functions.
• Skills: Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
