College or Recent Grad Business Development Intern | AlphaSperm

The Tone:
This is an internship at AlphaSperm, located in Remote or Los Angeles. AlphaSperm is a fertility and sperm health company dedicated to improving fertility outcomes through physician-backed education, research, and high-quality supplementation. This role is crucial for an entrepreneurial intern to work directly with the leadership team, driving key initiatives in business development, physician growth, partnerships, social media, and podcasting to expand our reach and impact.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner Research: Research and identify potential physician, clinic, podcast, brand, and affiliate partners.
• Outreach Support: Support direct outreach efforts to various practitioner partners including OBGYNs, urologists, and fertility specialists.
• Partner Management: Help manage partner follow-ups, referral codes, trackers, and onboarding materials.
• Content Development: Support social media growth through content ideas, trend research, and creator outreach, and repurpose expert insights for content.
• Project Assistance: Jump in on special projects across marketing, growth, partnerships, and operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A student or recent graduate with an interest in startups, health, wellness, fertility, or consumer brands.
• Experience: Comfortable engaging in research tasks, utilizing spreadsheets, conducting outreach, and managing social media activities.
• Skills: Possesses strong writing and communication abilities, demonstrates an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, is highly organized, exhibits curiosity, and can adapt quickly to new tasks.
• Bonus: Prior experience with social media, podcasting, partnerships, sales, startups, Canva, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, or CRM tools.
