This program is designed for forward-thinking college graduates ready to make a significant impact while developing essential skills and learning from experienced industry professionals. It offers training and mentorship to prepare participants for a permanent role aligned with their strengths and interests within a growing company backed by over 45 years of success.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn Business Model: Grasp Uline’s core business model through extensive training to accelerate career progression.
• Develop Skills: Strengthen communication and analytical skills by working on hands-on projects.
• Gain Insights: Acquire skills and insights through direct interaction with executive leaders.
• Build Foundational Knowledge: Develop a foundational understanding of Uline’s products, systems, processes, and customers through practical work in various business areas including customer service and operations.
• Analyze Data: Review and analyze business reports and data to drive organizational growth and continuous operational improvement.

• Background: Entry-Level, possessing a business-related bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to multitask with a proven capacity for quick learning.
• Skills: Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work independently and within team settings.
