Job Description: Co-op

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week co-op opportunity for students seeking to gain valuable experience in a corporate environment. The co-op will last for a total of 2-3 rotations, and this particular posting is for the first rotation, starting in Fall 2024. The position is located in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist with planning and execution of small projects under the direction of management. Contribute to larger projects by managing schedules, reporting status, and gathering information from various departments and vendors.
• Analytical Work: Conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations within your assigned functional area.
• Systems Development: Create or update systems and databases to meet specific departmental needs.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with all levels of management, both verbally and in writing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or technical school (must be at least one year into your program).
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD software may be required for some positions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and make recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Major in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
