About this Co-op:

This Fall 2024 co-op opportunity offers a chance for you to gain valuable experience working in a corporate environment while contributing to real projects focused on improving in-station operations and the customer delivery experience.

What you will do:

• Contribute to Project Teams: Work alongside professionals on various project teams, focusing on enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform Data Analysis: Use your analytical skills to analyze data, uncover trends, and create data visualizations that inform decision-making.
• Develop Processes and Programs: Help create and implement new systems and programs to support the operational goals of the department.
• Gain Practical Skills: Develop your skills in project management, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration.
• Network and Build Connections: Participate in company events and engage with professionals from different departments, fostering valuable connections.

Qualifications:

• Education: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or technical school.
• Preferred Majors: Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or Computer Science.
• Interest in Data: A strong interest in performing data analysis and creating data visualizations is preferred.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD software may be required for some positions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of management.
• Time Management and Organization: Strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills, able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Abilities: Proven ability to analyze information, review data, and make sound recommendations.

Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hour
• Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
