CLUB Customer Service Outfitter | Bass Pro Shops

The Tone:
This is a part-time role at Bass Pro Shops, located in-store. Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s provides outdoor gear, apparel, and experiences for enthusiasts. This role is crucial for engaging customers by effectively presenting the benefits of becoming an exclusive CLUB Member, delivering world-class service, and ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience that enhances customer loyalty and drives sales.

• Mission: This person owns the acquisition and activation of new CLUB members, drives CLUB sales, and ensures a world-class experience for all guests and existing members by providing comprehensive service and expert product knowledge.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide world-class service to ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Member Acquisition: Proactively greet customers and present them with the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate products to customers, providing expert knowledge and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• CLUB Operations: Execute all operational and compliance programs for the CLUB, ensuring the CLUB Booth is clean, organized, and inviting.
• Account Servicing: Deliver a full CLUB Member experience by processing payments, answering account questions, and processing new applications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience. This is an early career role.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience, preferably in a customer service environment.
• Skills: Excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong adaptability to new processes, and excellent self-motivation and initiative.
