• Team: Climbers Leadership Development Program cohort, with cross-functional rotations
• Mission: To accelerate the growth of future leaders through meaningful, high-impact projects across Quality, R&D, Operations, Marketing, and other flexible functions within BD UCC.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Quality: Contribute to the risk management of new and existing products, including creating and reviewing documentation for Design History Files.
• Research & Development: Plan, execute, and document product development activities, including Voice of Customer and user research studies.
• Manufacturing: Lead design transfer activities for New Product Development and implement improvements to manufacturing procedures.
• Marketing: Lead market research planning and execution to collect voice of customer for projects and develop or update product labeling and promotional materials.
• Regulatory Affairs: Provide regulatory support for new product development or sustaining engineering projects, including developing strategies and reviewing submission-related documents.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Science or BS/MS in Biomedical, Electrical, Material, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from a 4-year college; expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: Prior Co-Op / Internship experience preferred; proven leadership skills; experience working in a team environment.
• Skills: Understand basic applied statistics; understand Basic Fundamentals of Engineering Principles; ability to effectively manage time and multiple assignments; strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Bonus: Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn; geographic flexibility.
