Client Services Summer Intern | Candescent

The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Candescent, located in New York City, NY (hybrid). Candescent is a technology company focused on transforming how financial institutions deliver Intelligent Banking experiences. They unite digital banking, account opening, and branch solutions to create seamless engagement across digital, remote, and in-person channels. This role offers college students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting client relationships within a growing FinTech organization, contributing to exceptional service delivery and client experiences.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Manage day-to-day client requests and ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries.
• Prepare: Assist with creating client presentations, meeting materials, reports, and status updates.
• Coordinate: Help organize client meetings, project timelines, and internal follow-up activities across teams.
• Research: Investigate client questions, industry trends, and product information to support client-facing initiatives.
• Organize: Monitor and maintain accurate client documentation with attention to detail.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled college student (freshman, sophomore, or junior) pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field; legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience: No specific prior experience required, but proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is essential.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with excellent attention to detail, demonstrated organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a client-focused environment.
