• Mission: This person engages clients to educate on self-service banking, processes transactions, and identifies financial solutions to meet client goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed, managing cash responsibilities effectively.
• Financial Needs Analysis: Conduct deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities.
• Solution Connection: Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals and grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
• Operational Excellence: Execute the bank’s risk culture, following established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations to ensure client and bank integrity.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, committed to improving clients’ financial lives.
• Experience: Confident in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self-service technologies and able to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
• Skills: Customer and Client Focus, Relationship Building, Oral Communications, Problem Solving, Adaptability.
• Bonus: Experience in financial services with knowledge of industry products and solutions; one year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals; six months of cash handling experience; or a Bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
