• Pay: $34650–$64575 yearly
• Mission: Deliver exceptional service to clients by managing their insurance programs and facilitating team collaboration.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Management: Oversee and administer client insurance programs, ensuring all details are accurately maintained and managed.
• Policy Execution: Implement necessary changes to client insurance policies promptly and precisely.
• Information Updates: Maintain and update client information records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Team Collaboration: Facilitate smooth collaboration within the servicing team to address client needs efficiently.
• Service Team Support: Actively work alongside the servicing team to provide comprehensive support and ensure seamless client interactions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required for this role.
• Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers; demonstrate self-starter qualities, strong organization, problem-solving abilities, and good time management to meet deadlines; exhibit detail orientation and the capacity to manage a wide variety of tasks; maintain a positive attitude while working efficiently within a high-energy team.
• Bonus: A Property & Casualty license is preferred, or the ability to obtain one upon hire; proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; 1 year of experience working in the insurance industry.
