What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Education: Educate clients in the lobby on how to effectively use self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs to conduct their transactions.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients, ensuring correct handling and record-keeping when needed.
• Needs-Based Solutions: Engage clients in meaningful conversations to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities, then connect them with appropriate solutions to meet their financial goals.
• Risk & Compliance: Uphold the bank’s risk culture, striving for operational excellence and strictly adhering to all applicable laws and regulations and established guidelines in daily activities.
• Center Management: Effectively manage financial center traffic, coordinate appointments, and conduct outbound calls to ensure a smooth and client-focused experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. This role requires an enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, intense focus on results, and a commitment to acting in the best interest of the client. The ideal candidate will be capable of learning and adapting to new information and technology platforms within a client-facing financial service environment.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to confidently educate clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through various self-service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and meet client needs, alongside the capacity to efficiently manage time and capacity.
• Skills: Customer and Client Focus, Oral Communications, Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Client Solutions Advisory.
• Bonus: Previous experience in financial services, including knowledge of the financial services industry, its products, and solutions. One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. A Bachelor’s Degree or a business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
