The Tone:

USACORP is a corporate services firm that helps businesses across all 50 States with a wide range of corporate filing needs, from formation and registration to maintaining compliance obligations. This position is vital for building strong relationships between the firm and its diverse client base, which ranges from first-time business owners to large law firms and accounting firms. The Client Relations Specialist acts as a crucial link, addressing inquiries and gathering necessary information, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Communication: Engage with clients via phone and email to understand their needs, provide service information, and gather required documentation for service preparation.
• Relationship Nurturing: Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to build loyalty and ensure their satisfaction with USACORP’s services.
• Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve all incoming client inquiries, questions, and status requests efficiently and accurately.
• Feedback & Assessment: Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to assess their ongoing needs and gather valuable feedback to improve services.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver a unified and positive overall client experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level role focused on client interaction and administrative support, with a commitment to becoming highly knowledgeable in the corporate services industry through full in-house training.
• Experience: A customer service oriented mindset with an enjoyment for client interaction; no specific prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.
• Skills:
