Client Partner | Snap

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Snap, located in-person in Los Angeles, CA, requiring 4+ days per week in the office. Snap Inc. is a technology company building products that improve how people live and communicate, with a belief that the camera presents the greatest opportunity to do so. This role is crucial for fostering relationships with brands and agencies, helping them expand their digital presence and achieve advertising success on Snap’s platforms.

• Mission: Owns the strategic relationships with clients and agencies, driving their digital advertising success on Snap’s platforms.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Development: Identifies, prioritizes, and secures new business opportunities for the company.
• Client Service: Ensures clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
• Presentation Development: Creates persuasive sales presentations by utilizing market trends and relevant case studies.
• Account Strategy: Creates, owns, and executes the strategic approach for each account within an assigned book of business.
• Strategic Guidance: Communicates and evolves a client’s way of thinking to align with Snap’s success principles while balancing client goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with core domain knowledge in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising, including a proven track record of growing relationships with both clients and agencies and exceeding sales goals. Experience running Weekly Office Hours, QBRs, arranging/leading top-to-tops, and senior-level engagement sessions is required.
• Skills: Extensive knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital/mobile marketing, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage and partner with C-Level executives.
• Bonus: A creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist with a strong interest in Snap and a drive for building initiatives from the ground up.
