The TL;DR

• Mission: Ensure client incentive arrangements are accurately represented, operationally executable, and managed effectively throughout their lifecycle.
• Tech Stack: Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB), ERP and financial systems, Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Agreement Review: Review client incentive agreements and proposals to assess operational feasibility, accounting implications, and policy alignment.
• System Management: Support the setup, maintenance, monitoring, and actualization of client incentive arrangements in ORMB and related systems.
• Incentive Actualization: Perform volume validation, accrual updates, variance analysis, forecasting support, and true-up calculations for incentives.
• Payment Processing: Prepare, review, and process client incentive payments according to contractual terms, approval thresholds, and controls.
• Financial Close Support: Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and balance sheet substantiation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, with experience in financial operations, accounting, controllership, revenue accounting, or client incentives.
• Experience: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced Degree, including experience reviewing complex contractual arrangements.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, understanding of financial controls/SOX, knowledge of financial reporting concepts and US GAAP, and advanced Excel skills.
• Bonus: Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent), demonstrated ability to apply accounting judgment, and experience with ORMB.
