What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Intake: Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneys.
• Strategy Development: Analyze case theories and develop targeted expert witness search strategies.
• Research Parameterization: Translate complex legal needs into actionable research parameters.
• Project Oversight: Oversee end-to-end client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality of all deliverables.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with attorney clients, present findings, and proactively identify and resolve potential challenges.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of client or customer service experience is required.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Previous experience in legal, research, or professional services industries is preferred.
