Job Description:
Federated Insurance is seeking a full-time Claims Intern for their Indianapolis, IN office for a 10-week paid internship. The first two weeks will be in Owatonna, MN for training.
Responsibilities:
• Support Claims personnel in Auto, Liability, Property, and Workers’ Compensation offices with telephone coverage and correspondence.
• Facilitate client interactions regarding claim processing.
• Collaborate with and inform supervisors and teammates of progress and issues.
• Help Federated clients by working with other interns and recent graduates.
• Participate in office and team meetings and training.
• Complete a presentation outlining the internship experience for P&C Claims leadership.
