Job Description:
This is a Civil Engineering Intern position available for the Summer 2026 schedule.
Career Area: Engineering – Civil
What We’re Looking For:
Barge Design Solutions is seeking a hard-working and dedicated college student who is looking to gain valuable work experience in the Civil Engineering field. The ideal candidate wants to learn from experienced mentors and leaders within the company.
Location: Gwinnett, GA
Number of Positions Available: 1
Schedule: Summer 2026, working full-time hours (40 hours) per week.
Experience Gained:
As an intern, you will gain experience in:
• Collaborating with team members on new ideas and innovations.
• Supporting Engineers in completing project deliverables.
• Utilizing software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation.
• Preparation of construction documents.
Education & Experience Qualifications:
To be considered for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree from an accredited university.
• Major: Civil Engineering.
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
Additional Details:
• This is a paid internship.
• This is an in-person work opportunity.
• Interns are not eligible for company benefits.
