Fehr Graham is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Manchester, IA. This role is perfect for an eager learner passionate about working on diverse projects within civil, municipal, land development, and environmental engineering. We are looking for talented, trustworthy, and skilled individuals committed to providing personalized attention to our clients.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Provide civil, municipal, land development, and/or environmental engineering services using prescribed methods.
  • Perform specific and limited portions of broader assignments, working under the guidance of experienced engineers.
  • Apply standard practices and techniques in various situations, adjusting and correlating data, recognizing discrepancies, and following established office procedures.
  • Work directly with clients and firm project managers to deliver projects with the highest quality, on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate within a team environment, learning from fellow staff engineers, project engineers, environmental scientists, and project managers.
  • Draft reports, assist with specifications, and make preliminary equipment selections.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain data or share crucial project information.
  • Develop leadership skills that foster autonomy and professional growth.
