The Tone:
This is a full-time role at PepsiCo, located in Paris, France. • Team: Marketing France, reporting to the Beverages Marketing Director for the France BU. Manages a team of 3 Product Managers (junior, confirmed, senior).
• Mission: Drive the sustainable growth and market leadership of Lipton Ice Tea in France by developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies across all channels, while navigating a dual governance structure.

What You’ll Actually Do
Strategy Ownership: Define and lead the overall brand strategy for Lipton Ice Tea in France, covering short-term and long-term plans across all channels, including portfolio management, innovation pipeline, and media/activation strategies.
Performance Accountability: Achieve annual operating plan (AOP) objectives for volume, net revenue, and NOPBT, manage the brand’s P&L, and oversee the A&M budget along with the cooperation agreement with PLI.
Market Response: Monitor business performance closely, identify market threats and opportunities, and implement corrective action plans to ensure Lipton Ice Tea’s continued success in the French market.
Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and coach a team of three product managers (junior, confirmed, and senior) to meet AOP objectives and foster a rewarding and enjoyable work environment aligned with PepsiCo’s values.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the PLI European team (including the Business Director Europe and marketing teams for strategy, portfolio, innovation, and communication), French commercial teams, and external agency partners.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree (Bac +5) with significant knowledge in strategy, innovation, consumer behavior, and customer insights, suitable for a senior leadership marketing role in FMCG.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience within the FMCG environment, strong background in product marketing and media planning, with desired sensitivity and experience in digital media.
• Skills: Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills to effectively manage complex internal and external interactions within a matrix organization and demanding dual governance system; results-oriented, autonomous, and solution-focused; fluent in English.
• Bonus: Good knowledge and sensitivity to the Out-of-Home (Hors Domicile) circuit, along with experience in category management or client-facing roles.
