Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe mobility support.
• Offer meaningful companionship and crucial emotional support, fostering a positive and engaging environment for clients.
• Assist with light household management tasks, such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized living space.
• Prepare nutritious and delicious meals, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences, and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Diligently monitor clients’ physical and emotional health, promptly observing and reporting any significant changes or concerns to supervisors.
• Strictly adhere to individualized care plans, ensuring client safety, comfort, and overall well-being are paramount at all times.
• Facilitate a safe and supportive environment, helping clients maintain their independence and dignity.
