The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Assist daily operations by supporting frontline teams in food service, maintenance, cleaning, equipment use, cooking, and serving across various facilities.
• Project Execution: Perform day-to-day assignments and special projects, including comprehensive event preparation, setup, and service support.
• Adherence to Standards: Learn and follow all department guidelines, operating procedures, and safety standards, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Administrative Assistance: Support with inventory management, data entry, filing, reporting, and updating essential documentation as needed.
• Diverse Training: Gain exposure and train in various career concentrations such as culinary, facilities management, marketing, human resources, or general operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently in pursuit of a college degree, demonstrating a strong interest in pursuing a career in hospitality, food service, facility management, or event management.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for this entry-level internship role.
• Skills: No specific technical or domain skills are explicitly required, as this position focuses on training and hands-on learning.
