What You’ll Actually Do
• Sourcing & Procurement: Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and services to support operational and maintenance needs.
• Logistics & Quality: Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the company and external suppliers to manage inventory and meet production timelines.
• System Utilization: Use enterprise systems to support vendor performance tracking and procurement documentation.
• Order Management: Create and issue purchase orders based on Maintenance requests, production schedules, and inventory levels using SAP.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Evaluate and manage vendor relationships by assessing performance, pricing, delivery timelines, and service quality across suppliers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
• Experience: 1 to 2 plus years of related experience.
• Skills: Sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, inventory management, vendor relationship management, SAP.
• Bonus: Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification.
